Zydena is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction, helping men achieve satisfactory sexual performance. It enhances natural erectile response during sexual arousal.
The usual starting dose is 100 mg taken orally, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Do not exceed one dose per day, and strictly follow your doctor's instructions.
Consult your doctor before using Zydena if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or liver or kidney problems. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice, as they may increase the risk of side effects.
Zydena is not suitable for individuals taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors, as it can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure. It is also contraindicated for those with severe cardiovascular disorders or known hypersensitivity to udenafil.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, or dizziness. Rare but serious effects may include chest pain, vision changes, or prolonged erection.
Zydena may interact with nitrates, alpha-blockers, antifungal medications, and HIV protease inhibitors. Always inform your doctor about all medications you are taking.
Zydena is taken as needed and does not follow a daily dosing schedule. If you miss a planned dose before sexual activity, skip it and take the next dose only when required.
Taking more than the recommended dose may increase the risk of side effects without additional benefits. Seek medical help immediately if an overdose is suspected.
Store Zydena at room temperature (15-30°C), away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and do not use it past the expiration date.
