Common Use

Tadarise Pro is a highly effective and reversible inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5), specifically targeting cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). It contains Tadalafil as its active ingredient. When sexual stimulation occurs, nitric oxide is released locally, and Tadalafil inhibits PDE 5, leading to increased levels of cGMP in the penile cavernous body. This process relaxes arterial smooth muscles, enhances blood flow to the penile tissues, and results in an erection. It's important to note that Tadalafil only works in the presence of sexual stimulation. The medication improves erections and facilitates successful sexual intercourse. Dosage and Direction

Precautions

• Avoid consuming grapefruit juice, alcoholic beverages, or tobacco while using Tadalafil.
• Smoking tobacco while taking Tadalafil may increase the risk of NAION (sudden vision loss due to optic nerve damage).
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of penile abnormalities, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, angina, heart attack, heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, stomach ulcers, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, sickle-cell anemia, or liver or kidney failure.

Contraindications

Tadalafil is contraindicated in patients who use any form of organic nitrate, either regularly or intermittently, as it can amplify the hypotensive effects of nitrates.

Possible Side Effects

• Common side effects include facial flushing, headaches, stomach upset, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms, and nausea.
• Rare side effects may include low blood pressure, blurred vision, changes in color vision, and abnormal ejaculation.
• Prolonged erections (priapism) lasting more than 6 hours can occur. Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours to prevent permanent damage to the penis.
• Tadalafil may worsen heart problems in patients with pre-existing heart conditions.

Drug Interactions

• Do not combine Tadalafil with medications containing organic nitrates, such as Erythrityl Tetranitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Nitroglycerin, or Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate, as this can cause severe hypotension.
• Medications like erythromycin, ketoconazole, itraconazole, indinavir, and ritonavir can increase Tadalafil levels and toxicity.
• Inform your doctor if you are taking Atazanavir, Bunazosin, Clarithromycin, Doxazosin, Erythromycin, Indinavir, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Moxisylyte, Nefazodone, Nelfinavir, Phenoxybenzamine, Phentolamine, Prazosin, Saquinavir, Telithromycin, Terazosin, Trimazosin, or Urapidil, as your dose may need adjustment.

Missed Dose

Tadalafil is taken as needed for erectile dysfunction, so a missed dose is not applicable. Use it only before planned sexual activity.

Overdose

An overdose of Tadalafil can cause symptoms similar to the side effects listed above. Seek immediate medical assistance if you suspect you have taken too much of this medication.

Storage

Store Tadalafil at room temperature in a tightly sealed container, away from moisture, sunlight, children, and pets.
