Common Use

Super P-Force is a medication designed to treat two male health issues simultaneously: erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. These conditions are prevalent among men aged 18 to 64. Each tablet contains 100mg of Sildenafil Citrate and 60mg of Dapoxetine.

Dosage and Direction

The initial dosage ranges from 25-100 mg, taken once daily between 30 minutes and 4 hours before planned sexual activity.

Precautions

• Inform your doctor if you have hypotension, hypertension, cardiac failure, coronary artery disease, penile deformations, sickle-cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukaemia, retinitus pigmentosa, or a history of cardiac dysfunction, myocardial infarction, stroke arrhythmia, life-threatening arrhythmia, cardiovascular problems, or allergies.
• Avoid taking Super P-Force with other erectile dysfunction medications.

Contraindications

• Do not use Super P-Force if you are allergic to the medication or its components.
• This medication is contraindicated for individuals treated with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin), as it can cause dangerously low blood pressure, leading to stroke, heart attack, or death.
• Not recommended for individuals under 18 years old.

Possible Side Effects

• Common side effects include sneezing, headache, diarrhea, dizziness, upset stomach, vomiting, nasal congestion, and photophobia.
• A rare but serious side effect is priapism (prolonged erection). Seek immediate medical assistance if your erection lasts longer than four hours to prevent permanent damage.

Drug Interaction

• Avoid prescribing Super P-Force to patients taking medications containing organic nitrates.
• Blood levels of Super P-Force may increase when taken with erythromycin, ketoconazole, itraconazole, or saquinavir.

Missed Dose

Take Super P-Force as needed, but do not exceed one tablet daily. Regular daily use should be discussed with your physician.

Overdose

• An erection lasting more than four hours may indicate an overdose.
• If you experience severe fainting, chest pain, nausea, irregular heartbeat, or lightheadedness after taking Super P-Force, contact your doctor immediately.

Storage

Store at room temperature in a tight container, away from moisture, sunlight, children, and pets.
