Common Use

Propranolol is a beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure, angina, heart rhythm disorders, and to prevent migraine headaches. It works by blocking the action of certain natural chemicals like adrenaline on the heart and blood vessels, reducing heart rate and blood pressure. Storage
