Common Use

Baclofen is a gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) analogue used to treat muscle stiffness, rigidity, and tension (spasticity). It helps alleviate muscle spasms and cramps and is also prescribed for symptoms of multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injury.

Dosage and Direction

Take Lioresal orally with a glass of water, with or without food. Follow your doctor's prescription as dosage and schedule vary based on your condition. Do not cut, crush, or chew the medication.
