Common Use

Karela is a Himalaya herbal product made from the pure extract of Bitter Melon, scientifically known as Momordica Charantia. This herb extract is known for its blood sugar normalizing properties, helping to maintain healthy glucose levels in the blood. Karela contains Gurmarin, a polypeptide similar to bovine insulin, which has been shown to suppress the neural response to sweet taste stimuli. It is also rich in essential nutrients such as iron, beta carotene, calcium, potassium, and vitamins B1, B2, B3, and C.

Dosage and Direction
