Common Use

Dasatinib is used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that are Philadelphia chromosome-positive. It works by blocking the action of BCR-ABL and other tyrosine kinases that drive cancer cell growth.

Dosage and Direction

Take Dasatinib exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush, split, or chew it.

Precautions

Before using Dasatinib, inform your doctor if you have:

• Liver issues

Regular monitoring of blood counts and organ function is required during treatment.

Contraindications
