Common Use of Brilinta (Ticagrelor)

Brilinta (ticagrelor) is prescribed to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) or a history of myocardial infarction. It works as an antiplatelet medication by inhibiting platelet aggregation, preventing blood clots from forming in arteries.

Dosage and Administration

1. Take orally twice daily, with or without food.
